Our western astrological zodiac begins fierily with Aries. Arians are as full of energy as Nature in spring with its promise of new life. Despite their love of a challenge – professionally and privately – and their admirable straightforwardness, Arians can also be very romantic. Then they long for affection and recognition. And: they are the friend you would wish for yourself. Because due to their impulsiveness paired with healthy optimism they know the meaning of a sense of duty and loyalty. Whoever can withstand their spirit of adventure has a faithful partner at their side. Despite their vitality, Arians do have to contend with physical vulnerabilities from time to time. They are mainly to do with the head, which means that amidst all their creativity they can be afflicted by migraine. Other weak points are the blood and the arteries, which are mostly reflected in circulatory disorders and anaemia. The amethyst is a wonderful stone for the Arian to resolve physical and mental strain. With it, they can find inner peace more easily and discover their own wisdom. Iron as a metal is also assigned to the Arian. The Romans were already aware of its protective effect. By the way, iron is a wonderful talisman for sportspeople and increases physical strength if carried about the person.
